Liquid Eye-Liner Felt Tip

Our felt-tip pen eyeliner is an ophthalmologist tested, waterproof liquid eyeliner that draws on with ease.  The felt tip applicator is soft and the pointed end allows for precision and easy application, to line your eyes or create a feathered look.  Upon drying, the liquid formula will hold in place. 

Store point side down for best results.
