Eye Liner - Noir Navy .4 oz
I was lucky to have Marilyn herself do a make over for me 40 years ago. She introduced me to her eye liner and I loved how it made my eyes look so much better. I lost touch with the product years ago and have tried unsuccessfully to find substitutes. Recently, a friend reminded me of Marilyn Miglin's shop on Oak Street. I looked online and to my amazement found that the eye liner was still available!! I bought it again and I love it!

My favorite eye liner
I love this noir navy liner! I just reordered 2. It's very flattering, and brings out the grey and green tones in my eyes. It goes on smoothly (even though it's not a liquid) and lasts all day. I highly recommend, especially if you've been using mostly black or navy liner. The liner is a very dark navy, close to black, but somehow more interesting.
