Apply Concealer below the eye and on the eyelid

• Apply before foundation.
• Use your middle or ring finger to lightly apply under the eye and on the upper eye are from eyelid up to the brow,
• Use a press-pat motion to even coverage to your desired lightness,
• Blend all edges for a more natural look.
• Repeat application after foundation and before any powders if additional coverage is desired.
