CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

We greatly value you as a customer.  Our goal is to provide you with an enjoyable, informative and convenient shopping experience for fragrances and beauty products.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Marilyn Miglin Online purchase, you can return it to our fulfillment center (according to the Returns Policy provided).

All our produCts are not tested on animals.

BILLING & ORDER INFO:

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Marilyn Miglin, L.P. processes most orders within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days).

  • Internet orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).

  • Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day. 

  • Orders with Priority Shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same business day if order is placed by 10AM, CST. 

  • Priority Shipping is only delivered Monday through Friday.

NOTE:  If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Authentic Marilyn Miglin L.P. products are exclusively sold through a network of directly operated online retailers, boutique stores and authorized franchisees.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, customs or carrier delays.  Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.  If you need additional information, please email us at mail@marilynmiglin.com.

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING HOLIDAY SEASON 

While we do our best to deliver your order within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee these delivery dates and times - especially during busy promotional and sale periods where the carrier may be delayed due to increased volume of orders. We do offer other shipping methods to ensure your packages would be delivered in time for the holidays - additional charges may be applied to your order.

RETURN PRODUCTS TO MARILYN MIGLIN GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous materials (HAZMAT).  Hazardous Materials are as follows:  aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g. hairspray, nail polish, and items that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).  The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.

FIND A MISSING PACKAGE

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members;

  2. Look around the delivery location;

  3. Check for “notice of attempted delivery”;

SALES TAX

We are required by law to charge sales tax and will be applied to your order during checkout where applicable.  For orders shipped within Illinois; state sales tax is calculated at 10.25%.  All other States - no sales tax applies.

CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS

Marilyn Miglin, L.P. accepts credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We also offer Paypal and ApplePay as an additional form of payment.  Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped.

Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank and may reduce the available credit (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. 

Marilyn Miglin, L.P. reserves the right to request additional identification.  If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION HOLDS

When placing an order using a credit card or debit card, two transactions will be posted to your account.

  1. The issuing bank for your payment card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge.

  2. You will subsequently be charged for the order which removes the funds from your account. The charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold if the order is altered or cancelled prior to shipment

If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will be removed by the issuing bank. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank’s customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds.

MONEY ORDERS AND PERSONAL CHECKS

We accept personal checks, money orders and/or cashier checks in U.S. dollars payable to Marilyn Miglin, L.P. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department to complete your order. 

We only accept checks from U.S. banks and cannot accept checks from International banks.  To place your order, please call (800) 322-1133 and ask to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives.  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM CST.  Once you have placed the order by phone, please mail your check to:

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped once we receive your check and after a waiting period of a minimum of ten (10) business days.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY

A service fee will be added for any check returned unpaid by the bank. In accordance with State law, NSF Checks may be submitted to your bank electronically. A 10-day waiting period is required for refunds on personal checks.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

To serve you better, Marilyn Miglin, L.P. will begin to process your order immediately after you click the “PAY FOR ORDER” button.  Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to cancel an order once submitted.  Certain exceptions may apply.  Please contact us via email at mail@marilynmiglin.com or call (800) 322-1133 and ask to speak to a Customer Service Representative to make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.  If cancellations are not made within this time frame you may be responsible for shipping charges that may have occurred.

For any shipments returned back to Marilyn Miglin, L.P. due to an incorrect address you provided; refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 20% of your order total (40% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you provide an incorrect address to ship and we need to reroute your package, USPS rerouting fee is $15.00.  International/USPS cannot be rerouted.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will continue to refund the original shipping & handling charges on returns if an item is defective or if we made an error; however effective with orders placed on or after February 17, 2015, if you return the item for any other reason, we will no longer refund the original shipping & handling.

Marilyn Miglin, L.P. does not accept CODs for returned merchandise.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

If it is necessary to cancel an order placed with a debit card, we do not have any way of "cancelling" or "releasing" an authorization. Only your bank can do this. The authorization will eventually expire and the "hold" on your account will be released, but the amount of time is determined by your bank and we do not have access to that information.
